Our 6-Step Process
Rehab cost proposal
Within 48 hours of confirming an on-site appointment, we visit the property to do a walk-through assessment and price out the project.
Line-item pricing proposal
Two days later we submit a detailed, line-item proposal. The proposal is delineated by exterior and interior. Costs for each room of the home are also listed separately.
Final proposal
After working through any revisions, we submit the final proposal.
Rehab contract
At this point, we sign the contract, which includes a detailed schedule of the work.
Construction
Work begins. As an estimate, every $1,000 of scope = one day of work to complete.
Final cleaning
We thoroughly clean every unit so that it is tenant-ready.
Please note: Projects under $50,000 must be fully paid within five days of project completion.
