- Line-Item Pricing Proposal: Within two days following the assessment, we present a comprehensive, line-item proposal. This breakdown categorizes costs by exterior and interior elements, with individual room expenses itemized separately.
- Final Proposal: Following any necessary revisions, we present the finalized proposal for approval.
- Rehab Contract: Upon acceptance of the proposal, we proceed to sign the contract, which includes a detailed schedule of the work to be undertaken.
- Construction: Commencing upon contract signing, construction work begins. Our estimated timeline operates on the principle that every $1,000 of scope equates to one day of work required for completion.
- Final Cleaning: Upon completion of the construction phase, we meticulously clean each unit to ensure it is tenant-ready.
Please note: Projects totaling less than $50,000 must be fully paid within five days of project completion.
